He's the ugly naked guy who lives opposite Monica's flat. He's the ugly naked guy who Monica and her pals think is dead so they make a long stick to poke at his ugly naked guy body to check he's okay. Turns out he's not dead. His ugly naked guy body is just asleep.

it's a gentleman called Jon Haugen, despite IMDb stating that the character was played by Michael Haggerty. But he actually plays the janitor Mr Treeger, aka Joey's dance partner.

He also revealed that he wasn't really naked in the scene where he's hanging out with a nude Ross, played by David Schwimmer.
